DEPUTY CHIEF CLINGON

Deputy Chief Clingon or better known as Officer Roy is from Hattiesburg, MS. He graduated from Forrest County Agriculture High School. He has over 30 years of Law Enforcement experience and started his career with the MS Highway Patrol. He retired from MS Hwy Patrol but worked his way up through the ranks from Trooper, Master Sergeant with Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, Troop J Executive Officer, Interim Troop Commander at his retirement. Deputy Chief Clingon has multiple certificates; Level I, Level II and Level III Accident Reconstruction, Cross Trained Entry/Sniper for MHP SWAT, Certified Investigator Program, Crime Scene Investigation and many others. He has been with the Lamar County School District for over 5 years and he says often, “that this is the best job he ever had.” His hobbies include hunting, fishing and kayaking.
