I am a high school graduate of Philadelphia High School in Philadelphia, MS. I am a 1999 graduate of Mississippi State University where I received my undergraduate degree in School Psychology and my masters degree in Psychometry. I previously worked in Forrest County Schools for 6 years as the Psychometrist for the district. I was involved with special education testing, gifted testing, pre-school testing, dyslexia screening, behavior management and eligibility determination. In 2007, I proudly became a part of the Lamar County School District as the Psychometrist for the Gifted Program department. In 2010, I went back to school to pursue my career-level license in school administration. During the 2011/2012 school year, I worked with administration for the Gifted Education Center and Oak Grove Middle School to complete my career-level license. I have proudly served as the Gifted Coordinator and Psychometrist for the gifted program since the 2012/2013 school year.
